INSIDE-OUT GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 pkg (18+ oz) German chocolate or dark chocolate cake mix
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 carton ready-to-spread Coconut Pecan frosting
1/2 carton ready-to-spread Chocolate Fudge or Milk Chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan. In a large
mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil; beat for 2-3 minutes
to incorporate well. Remove lid from coconut pecan frosting and
microwave for 15-20 seconds to loosen, and stir well. Add the entire
contents of the coconut pecan frosting to the cake batter. Stir well to
blend. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350*F for 35-45 minutes or
until tests done. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto serving plate. Let cool. Microwave the fudge frosting to
make it pourable. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cake.
