Warming and delicious, the hot toddy makes a wonderful nightcap, or soothes
the sniffles, coughs and wheezes brought on by a good Scottish winter
Ingredients
SCOTTISH HOT TODDY
British measurements:
2 oz Scotch whiskey
1 ts Honey
1 ts Lemon juice
Sugar & boiling water to taste
Instructions
Put 1-2 measures (ounces) of whiskey (depending on taste) into a heated
glass
Stir with honey and lemon juice, and add a little sugar to taste.
Top with boiling water to taste and stir well
