Hot Macaroni Casserole
1-8oz. Pkg. Elbow macaroni
1 bell pepper cut fine
1 small jar pimento cut up
1 can water chestnuts sliced
1 med. Onion diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup mild or sharp cheese grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Mix all ingredients
Together. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 325
Until it bubbles, about 30 minutes or so. This will serve 14 good
Servings. It takes a large casserole dish to hold it.
