1 fryer, cut up
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 to 1 cup white wine
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder, to taste
Melt butter in small pan. Add wine, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder and mix well. Pour sauce over chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bake covered at 375° for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake another 45 minutes. Good served with rice pilaf and condiments such as chutney and peanuts.
