1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp minced clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined
Combine all ingredients except shrimp into glass dish or bowl; stir well to mix. Add shrimp; stir to coat; marinate 2 hours at room temp.
Heat grill til coals are white or heat gas grill. Grill shrimp 3-4 iches from heat 3 minutes. Turn, cook second side for 3 minutes.
