This is made to be served for a very healthy breakfast.
3 small eggs
1 teaspoon milk
1 cup baby spinach (you can also use canned spinach)
1 teaspoon garlic
2-1/2 capfuls vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoon Promise butter
1 tablespoon shredded cheese
2 tablespoons water
You will need 2 saucepans. Set stove to low heat for both. Melt butter in one of the sauce pans. In the other saucepan add 2 tablespoons of water, vinegar and spinach. Stir in and let simmer.
In the melted butter pan add eggs, milk, and garlic. Scramble eggs until fluffy add spinach from other sauce pan. Mix well with eggs.
Place onto plate and while still hot top it off with shredded cheese.
