Start icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
16oz powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
5 minutes before cake is done:
Melt together and bring to boil the butter, cocoa, milk.
Remove from heat, sift in sugar, add vanilla, nuts (optional).
Beat well, spread fast.
