1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves minced
mahi mahi fillets
whick together first four – set aside
heat oil, add ginger and garlic and cook – until fragrant
stir in soy mix – bring to a boil
add fish, cook covered four minutes
cover and cook about 5 more min.
