Fly with Vermont Maple Wings

Yield:

Makes 4 appetizer servings

Ingredients

1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup mild fruit chutney
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound chicken wings

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a saucepan mix the maple syrup, salt, pepper, chutney, and lemon juice. Heat through. Cut off the wing tips. Place wings in a shallow baking dish, top with the sauce, and bake, turning occasionally, until the wings are glazed and browned, about 1 hour.
