I got this recipe from my daughter-in-law. I added my favorite veggies.
1/2 cup Italian dressing
11-ounce can of whole kernel corn
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup cucumber, peeled, diced, seeded
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 teaspoon pepperoncini juice or hot pepper juice
1/2 cup raw mushrooms
1/2 cup black pitted olives
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
