1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup oil (approximate)
maple syrup

We liked these fritters! I might leave out the sugar next time. Will definitely make it again.
When I was a child – 60 years ago – and we were traveling from Massachusetts to New Hampshire to visit relatives we would always stop at a restaurant at the border for the best corn fritters in the world. Is anyone familiar with this restaurant?
