2 pounds fresh asparagus
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 tablespoon ground coriander
juice of 1 fresh lemon
salt and pepper, to taste
Steam the asparagus until just tender. Mean- while, in a small saucepan, melt the butter, then add the coriander and lemon juice. Heat until just hot and serve over the asparagus, with seasonings.
