Cole Slaw Dressing

Don’t take the easy way out — with mayonnaise alone. Your slaw deserves something special — and this is it.
Yield
Makes 2 cups.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together. Add -and stir constantly while you’re doing it – the wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
