Good chewy cookies, that are sticky to make.
Yield:
2 dozenIngredients
2 1/3 c flour
1 c sugar
1/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c butter
3 lrg egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
confectioner’s sugar for rolling
Instructions
1. Perheat oven to 350.
2. Combine flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, breaking up any lump of brown sugar. Stir in butter until crumbly. Add egg white and vinilla. Stir until dough comes toghter.
3.Place confectioner’s sugar in a bowl. Roll dough into 1 12 inch balls, than roll in the sugar to coat. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 14 minutes. Transfer to rack to cool.
