Chinese Noodle Salad
1 pkg brocolli slaw
5 green onions (green tops chopped)
2 pkg Ramen noodles
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 sm pkg slivered almonds
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Mix brocolli and onions. Break up noodles (discard seasonings. Put noodles
in pan with butter, seeds, and almonds. Brown, stirring constantly until
light brown. Mix remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour over first mixture
about 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
