3-4 c chopped, cooked chicken
4 (16 ozs) cans navy beans, rinsed and drained
4 (4 ozs) cans green chilis
1 (14 ozs) can chicken broth
2 T chili seasoning mix
Garnishes: sour cream, fresh cilanto
Stir together chicken, beans, chilies, chicken broth and chili seasoning in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
