3 cups cubed cooked chicken (or turkey)
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup shredded American cheese
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons finely minced onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups crushed potato chips, for topping
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the potato chips. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with the potato chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
