1 cup milk
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
18 slices French bread (about 3/4 inch thick)
Confectioners sugar
Maple syrup
In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, and Grand Marnier. Beat until fluffy. Soak several slices French bread in the mixture. Grease skillet or grill and cook toast on both sides until golden brown. Arrange 3 slices (overlapping slightly) on a plate and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
