Cranberry Juice

Honey Eggnog
4 T honey
4 Eggs
2 cups milk
Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
4 egg whites
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until light. Beat in the honey, milk and seasoning. Whip egg whites until stiff, and fold in carefully. Chill. Serve with a dash of nutmeg on top. Yields 6 cups.
