1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1-1/2 cups chopped cashews
1-1/2 to 2 cups dried cranberries
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large measuring cup and heat in microwave or on stovetop until warm. Combine next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, hold the cranberries. Mix in the heated ingredients. Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Cool and add dried cranberries.
