Rhubarb Punch

This refreshing punch is cheery and unexpected, and gets a pretty pink hue from the rhubarb. The base mix is sweet, but achieves perfect balance as the melting ice dilutes it.

Strawberry-Rhubarb Muffins

Exceptional muffins with a tart-sweet flavor complemented by a cinnamon topping. Serve with Honey Butter, made by whipping half a cup of unsalted butter with two tablespoons honey and a tablespoon of brandy.
