She first tours the property’s Kelly Way Gardens, garnished with a tunnel of hanging gourds, to gather supplies for a fall feast. Back at the inn, she teams up with executive chef Rhys Lewis in one of the resort’s four restaurants to make a delicious squash and cheese tart, paired with a bright salad.
