Early Foliage in the Monadnock Region

This photo was taken from the top of the Old Meeting House belltower on Oct 16 2007. It is the town hall in the village of Francestown. The leaves are starting to turn colors and will be brilliant in the next week or less.

A white, two-story church with a steeple is surrounded by trees with autumn foliage. An American flag is in the foreground. A mountain range is visible in the distance under a clear blue sky.
