nice enjoyable area with great accommodation choices
We so agree…. We stumbled across Perkins Cove, Marginal Way & Ogunquit, while spending a rainy honeymoon in York. We have continued to return, even renting a house for a week before the tourist season opened 3 yrs back. We are in love with the surroundings…especially the little private Beaches that appear while the tide is out along Marginal Way… We will return every chance we get!!
The Cliff House is in York Maine, NOT Ogunquit.
Come stay with us. Walk to Perkins cove, marginal way and ogunquit beach. Central, convenient, perfect romantic getaway.

My husband and I have been going to Ogunquit for forty years, usually in June and October. We walk the Marginal Way and enjoy the beautuful beach and watching the waves come in. The restaurants are fabulous, and so are the cute little boutiques. I always come home with some seaglass jewelry or a beachy souvenir. Ogunquit is my happy place!
