Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups fine dry bread crumbs

Instructions

In large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Place the chicken in mixture and turn to coat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or til juices run clear.
