How to Make 4th of July Star Napkin Rings
- Print the star napkin rings template onto cardstock.
- Place the template over the area of paper you want to see in the finished work. Trace with a pencil.
- Cut carefully along the lines, all the way to the ends. (If the slots are too short, the star won’t align.)
- Wrap the napkin ring into a circle and feed the slots together.
- As a personal touch, write a guest’s name on each star.
