This was found on Kraftfood.com. I made a few modification to make it lighter. The good thing is that everyone likes it.
2 1/2 lb new red potatoes
8oz fat free Chive and Onion cream cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbls fresh dill
1. Cut potatoes into quaters. Place them in a pan, cover with water and boil until tender.
2. Mix the cream cheese and milk in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 40 seconds. Stir until well blended. Stir in dill.
3. Lightly blend potato and cream cheese mixure together. Can be served warm or cold.
