We really like this recipe and it is so easy.
1 3-ounce can chow mein noodles
1 7 ounce chunk white tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Reserve some noodles for top of casserole. Sauté celery, onion, and green pepper until softened. Mix with all other ingredients. Put in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with reserved noodles and broil for 2 minutes
