1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup light cream
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
pinch of mace
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 pound chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
Beat together the stock, cream, eggs, salt, paprika, mace, and parsley. Sauté the mushrooms in butter with a little salt and add to the egg mixture. Butter a mold, pour it in, and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
