Once you have tried these ham balls you will certainly make them over and over. Delicious!!
2 pounds ground ham
3 pounds ground pork
2 cups milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups cracker crumbs
Sauce:
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons dry mustard
3 cups brown sugar
Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into 1-inch balls. Put in pan. Blend sauce ingredients together. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, turning at least three times during baking. Freezes well.
