1/3 Cup vinegar
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1/3 Cup honey
6 3/4″ Thick pork chops — (3/4 to 1)
Stir ingredients together and blend for 5 minutes.
Cover meats or brush meats with the marinade.
Keep at room temperature for up to 3 hours.
Marinating in the refrigerator causes the honey to separate out.
Stir well to remix. Drain marinated chops for 5 minutes before grilling,
particularly if they are less than 3/4-inch thick.
Baste with marinade during last 10 minutes of grilling.
Use low fire and slow grilling. Honey burns easily.
Grill pork chops to a very light pink/ white center stage.
They dry out easily.
