Southwest Chicken Fajita Skillet

This makes an easy meal by itself

Ingredients

1 can Sam’s Chicken
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups or 8oz elbow mac
*1 cup cut up red peppers
*1 cup cut up green peppers
*1 diced medium onion
*1 can diced Rotel
8 oz cubed Velveeta
(* These items can be blended for picky eaters)

Instructions

In large non-stick skillet add can of chicken. Add seasonings and 2 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil.
Stir in macaroni, cover, reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add peppers and onions, cover and simmer additional 5 minutes.
Add cheese, cook till cheese has melted, stirring frequently.
