6 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
TOPPING:
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup milk-chocolate chips
4 large graham crackers, broken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, remove from heat, and stir in sugar. Set aside to cool. Add eggs and vanilla to cooled mixture, stir in flour and salt, and spread batter in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle on topping and bake for another 5 minutes.
