Slush Punch

Approximately 35 cups


6 bananas
1 can (46 oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice
1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
6 cups water
6 cups sugar
2 bottles (2 liters ea) lemon-lime soda, more or less


Mash bananas; mix bananas with pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and water; stir to dissolve sugar. Place in freezable container or ice cube trays and freeze. To serve: place scoops of frozen mixture in punch bowl and add lemon-lime soda to create desired consistency. May also place scoop of frozen mixture in individual cups and pour soda over top.
