Slow cook chicken wings

These no-fuss wings are fall-off-the-bone
tender. Chili sauce offers a bit of spice while molasses lends a hint of sweetness.

Yield

about 4 dozen

Ingredients

25 whole chicken wings (about 5 lbs.)
1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c molasses
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp garlic salt
3 drops hot pepper sauce

Instructions

Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tips. Place the wings in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is tender.
