1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
Mix soy, 2 tsp oil, pepper and seeds
Add chicken to marinate for a few hours
On high heat, cook 3-5 minutes
Stir constantly Add remaining oil to pan. Add carrots and broccoli — stir
Add broth cover and simmer 2/3 minutes
Add vegetable — cook a few more minutes. Stir in chicken, onions, starch — stir until boiling. Simmer 2 minutes
