1 cup ea: mascarpone
ricotta
and gorgonzola
3 beaten eggs
� cup whipping cream
1 tsp white pepper
crust:
4 tbsp melted butter
� cup ea: ground walnuts and Italian bread crumbs
preheat oven to 300
make crust in springform pan
blend cheeses – add eggs, cream and pepper – blend well
pour cheesecake into crust.
Place sporingform pan in larger pan of hot water to come up no more than one-third of the way to the sides of the springform pan. Bake 40 – 55 minutes
Let cool before serving
Crust: brush inside of 10″ springform pan with melted butter
Combine nuts and crumbs; press mixture out to the sides of pan.
Wrap outside of pan with foil – to prevent leaks.
