EASY RED BEANS & RICE (Crockpot Recipe)
1-Tsp. Cornstarch 1-lb. Red Beans (Soaked overnight & drained) 1-Ham Bone
1/2-lb. Bacon (chopped) 1/-stick Butter 1-Tsp. Salt 3-Stalks Celery
(chopped)
2-Med. Onions (chopped) 1-Bunch Green Onions (chopped)

1)-Put 3 inches water in bottom of crockpot & stir in Cornstarch.
2)-Add the remaining ingredients.
3)-Cover & cook on low for 8 hours (High–5 hours)
4)-Remove ham bone & chop the meat & return to crockpot
5)-Serve over Rice (8 Servings)
