3 pounds lamb spareribs
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Place the spareribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 1 hour. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the lamb and bake 45 minutes or until tender. Baste lamb frequently during baking.
