pea salad

Ingredients

Pea Salad

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. Frozen peas, slightly thawed
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green onion
1 cup diced celery
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup + 1/2 up mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the peas, onions, celery, cheese,
Sugar, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise. Use the
Remaining 1/2 cup mayonnaise to cover the mixture. Refrigerate and
Serve cold.
