large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans of peas, drained
3 hardboiled eggs
1 cup of walnuts
1 slice of rye bread, broken up
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Saute onion in olive oil until golden brown. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix.
Delicious served on water crackers or matzo.
