2 pounds ground beef
3 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon tabasco
salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients with the beef. Shape into 6 hamburger patties. Broil or fry the meat to desired doneness. Serve immediately.
