Make a pot of oatmeal the way you usually do, but don’t use instant, and don’t add any fruit or spices. Put some of the oatmeal into champagne glasses (not the fluted kind) or sorbet dishes. Sprinkle a tablespoon of the whiskey over each glass or dish, then top with some brown sugar and whipped cream.
