Heidi’s Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
1/2 c frozen fruit (such as blackberries, blueberries, cherries or plums)
1/4 to 1/2 c yogurt
1/2 small apple
1 carrot
flax seed
Sigrun’s idea:
nuts
malt

Instructions

I do it in the blender in this order; it mixes better that way.
Add cranberry juice until fruit is covered, then blend. I then put about 2 T of ground flax seed in each cup and stir in the smoothie.
