Hearty Turkey Noodle Soup
4 cups turkey meat, cooked
3 quarts water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
3 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups celery, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped
12 oz. Egg noodles, cooked
Combine turkey, water, bouillon cubes, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt
And black pepper. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to
Low and simmer for 15 minutes. Add carrots, celery, and onions.
Simmer 45 minutes more, or until veggies are tender. Add noodles and
