Green Cheese Sauce

This green cheese sauce may be used as a thick dressing for greens or other salads, or served to spread on crackers. The color is beautiful.


2 cups cottage cheese
2 ounces blue cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 bunch watercress, chopped
1 clove garlic


Whirl all together in a blender at high speed until light and smooth, or if you do not have a blender, mash the ingredients together thoroughly and beat them well with a hand, or electric, beater. Chill before serving.
