Golden Potato Puffs

Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes (3-4 medium)
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 oz cheese, grated (3/4 c.)
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp green chilies, chopped
bread crumbs
oil for deep frying

Instructions

Boil potatoes in water until soft. Mash potatoes and add butter, cheese, mustard, eggs and flour together. Mix them well. Add the rest of ingredients except bread crumbs.

Roll small portions of the mixture in bread crumbs to make small balls.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or wok and deep fry the balls until golden brown.
