6 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup cucumbers, sliced
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
1 tsp tarragon
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
In bowl combine tomatoes (sliced in wedges), sliced cucumbers (unpared), thinly sliced onions, sliced carrots and thinly sliced celery. Pour dressing on top, cover refrig. 4 hours.
Dressing in small bowl combine red wine vinegar, tarragon, water, sugar, basil, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
