Finnish Pancakes

Ingredients

3 Tbsp butter, melted
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Melt butter in a 13×9 baking pan in the oven at 400°F; set aside. Place eggs in a blender; blend well. Add milk, flour, salt, sugar and vanilla; blend thoroughly. Pour into a pan; bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
