6 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine the apples and applesauce and pour into dish.
In a bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar and cinnamon, than add the oil.
Crumble the mixture over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
